Oct 4, 2016: US refrains from commenting on surgical strikes across LoC. The US has kept away from commenting on the surgical strikes carried out by the Indian Army on terror launch pads throughout the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir final week whereas calling for calm and restraint.
