Wing Commander Pooja Thakur has moved the armed forces tribunal after being denied everlasting commission by the Indian Air Force (IAF).
Thakur’s lawyer Sudhanshu Pandey advised it’s improper on a part of the Air Force to disclaim her permanent commission for which she is entitled and this why Wing Commander Pooja Thakur sues IAF.
