LeT militant arrested in Kashmir

Nov 4, 2016: LeT militant arrested in Kashmir. A Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) militant was arrested from north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, the state police stated on Friday.

Umar Khalid Mir was arrested on Thursday in a joint operation from Tojjar village of Sopore space.

“He had joined the militant ranks in Might 2014. An AK-47 rifle and three magazines was recovered from him,” a police official stated.

“His interrogation is more likely to reveal important details about LeT cadre working in north Kashmir,” the police added as LeT militant arrested in Kashmir.
