External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday mentioned the simply concluded BRICS Summit in Goa recognised “state sponsored and state protected terrorism” because the “greatest” problem and that it may now not be the enterprise as typical whereas coping with the menace.

The minister burdened that “terrorism is universally recognised as a key risk to peace, a very international problem”.
